Method 2 — Request by Email

If you cannot access the app (uninstalled, lost device, forgot password), you can request deletion by email:

  2. Subject: Delete my AZBooking account.
  3. In the email body, include your full name and registered phone number for verification.
  4. We respond within 7 business days; deletion is processed within 30 days.

Branch Owners (B2B)

If you registered AZBooking as a business owner / branch manager, account deletion also removes your entire business listing, all branches you manage, and all branch-scoped data (services, rooms, schedules, holidays, discounts, booking forms). Customers and employees shared with other branches keep their accounts; only their links to your branches are removed. Use the in-app option Settings → Account → Delete My Business, or contact us by email.

Effect on Active Bookings

If You Change Your Mind

During the 30-day grace period, you can email awstheme2013@gmail.com to attempt account recovery. After Day 30 deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Note: Deleting your AZBooking account does not automatically delete data held by third-party services we rely on (such as Google Firebase). For Firebase-held data, see Google's Privacy Policy. We instruct Firebase to delete user-linked records as part of your request, but Google's retention policies apply to their backups.
